Noble Gas Solutions offers the following selection of delivery options to best fit the needs of our customers. We understand the importance of keeping our customers operations running smoothly, with that in mind, our distribution schedule remains flexible to address any possible concerns, or situations, that may arise and impact our customers.
Do you know your area’s scheduled delivery days? Our distribution center follows a standard delivery schedule for all non-emergency deliveries. The fleet running scheduled deliveries includes a tractor trailer, a palletized trailer, palletized trucks, box trucks, and pick-up trucks. Having a set delivery schedule allows us to meet all of our customers’ demands as efficiently as possible, no matter the size of the account. Take the stress out of ordering, by knowing that a Noble Gas Solutions truck will be at your door exactly when you expect it!
Missed your scheduled delivery day? You can still receive you order on a day outside of the regular delivery schedule. Our fleet has back-up vehicles for priority deliveries, including a box truck and pick-up truck. Noble Gas Solutions understand that nothing is perfect, and our customers don’t have to run out of product over a missed deadline.
Caught in an emergency? Our team is prepared to handle emergency delivery situations as they arise. We have a fleet of back-up vehicles, including a box truck and pick-up truck, to service the urgent needs of our customers.
Order Policy for Deliveries
Our Customer Service team is available from 7:30am to 5:00pm every weekday to assist you in placing an order. You can reach them by phone (LINK) or email (LINK) during regular business hours. The cut-off time for scheduling a regular delivery for the following day is 4:30pm, provided the standard delivery schedule reflects the following day being your delivery day. Orders placed after 4:30pm, will be scheduled on the next delivery day available based on the standard delivery schedule. Additional fees may be applied to orders placed after 4:30pm and/or for any deliveries made outside of the standard delivery schedule.

Return Policies – Gas & Hardgoods
Cylinders & Contents
Buyer is responsible for seller’s cylinders and equipment, including valves and cylinder caps while in the buyer’s possession, and must return all seller’s cylinders in the same condition, as received (reasonable wear and tear expected); failure to do so constitutes a breach of this contract and buyer shall be liable for the cost of replacement or repair of each cylinder not returned, or damaged.
Seller reserves the right to charge rental on all cylinders in the buyer’s possession at the end of the month. Rental is chargeable at the standard rate set forth in seller’s pricing schedule for commodities in effect on the date of acceptance of the cylinder.
Claims based on defective valves or cylinders are waived unless made within 3 days after shipment and cylinder is returned to shipping warehouse with tag stating defect to be analyzed for quality control and assurance.
Prior authorization is required before returning merchandise. All merchandise must be returned prepaid to the seller’s designation outlet, unless otherwise instructed when authorization is granted.
- Equipment, stock parts, and accessories must be returned for credit within 30 days of the date of purchase, provided they are new and unused.
- Nonstock, or special items may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase, provided they are new, unused, and in original packaging.
Seller reserves the right to charge a handling fee of 20% of the original net invoice price or $20.00, whichever is greater.
Seller reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns.
