In order to process your customer application in a timely manner, we ask you to fill out the forms as clearly and accurately as possible.
COD accounts do not require banking information or trade references in order to process. We do require a credit card on file to process payment after each delivery, at the end of the month, or at the point of store transaction.
Credit accounts require banking information and trade references in order to process. Payment is expected within the agreed-upon payment terms — no credit card is required*.
