Promotion: Vice President of Finance & Customer Service
Colleen Kohler was recently promoted from VP of Operations to VP of Finance & Customer Service. In this new role, she is primarily responsible for the Accounting and Customer Service departments. Her leadership will ensure a consistent customer experience from beginning to end of the ordering process. Under Kohler’s guidance, Accounting processes have already begun to be more streamlined, reducing the risk of human error. She will be working closely with Accounting Manager, Marina L., in order to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. Colleen Kohler has much experience in project and team management. She previously worked with American Express and their Plenti Program. Here she worked on driving team integration and ensuring top quality for their users. We can’t wait to see how she continues to improve the Noble Experience!
Promotion: Vice President of Operations
Robert Kohler recently joined the ranks at Noble Gas Solutions as Director of Operations. He has quickly proven to be invaluable and was promoted to VP of Operations. Kohler will be streamlining our Operations processes. Rob Kohler will be working closely with our Plant Manager and Distribution Manager to ensure efficiency and accuracy within the Operations Department. He has taken over Colleen Kohler’s previous role in order to maximize each individual’s potential in the field. Robert Kohler has already begun to maximize our warehouse space with the help of our Noble Team.
Promotion: Distribution Manager
Tim Fisher received his promotion from Gas Inventory Manager to Distribution Manager. He has been dedicated to the company for nine years and has become a vital figure in our Noble Team. In his new role, Fisher will ensure all our resources and inventory are allocated correctly. He is responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of all deliveries. Fisher will be taking daily inventory of our fleet’s deliveries prior to the drivers’ departure in the mornings. He will be coordinating with the Plant Manager and Vice President of Operations to ensure a superior customer experience upon every delivery.
