The holidays may be over in the calendar, but Noble Gas Solutions is keeping the party going! This year, Noble Gas Solutions’ CEO, J. David Mahoney, chose to hold two separate Holiday parties, the first being a more family-friendly event. On Saturday, Noble employees, and their spouses, were able to let loose at the rented out Cafe Madison.
The Venue – Cafe Madison 
Cafe Madison’s newest Loudon location was the perfect venue for our Noble Team. The chic decor, friendly servers, and extended bar allowed our team to relax, catch up, and share in the company’s successful year. Due to popular demand, a buffet-style dinner was served and open bar was provided all night. The couch seating made every nook and cranny of Cafe Madison cozy and a great place to catch up with colleagues from different branches. For those who were hoping to catch game going on, the bar area was the place to be! One wall is adorned with colorful furniture and end tables. Another held the TV that allowed employees to peak at the score while participating in the merriment. Cafe Madison proved to be the perfect place for our sized company. We have already received requests to order company lunches from Cafe Madison after tasting their delicious buffet options!
Our Year in Review
This past year has been another successful one for Noble Gas Solutions. Pat O’Donnell, Vice President of Sales, took the opportunity to highlight some major accomplishments made by his team at the Holiday party. His highlights included major accounts gained, major sales of 2018, and a vision of the future for his Sales team. Colleen Kohler, Vice President of Customer Service & Finance, also shared a few words about her team. She highlighted the redesign of the Operations department, the warehouse, and the outside plant. Noble Gas Solutions focused on growth, spearheaded by the sales team, and maintained by our Accounting and Customer Service departments. As they say, “team work makes the dream work”. Our entire Noble Team has definitely succeeded in maintaining our new and existing customers happy with their service.
Our CEO, David Mahoney, closed out the night with a special thank you to all of his employees. The support from his Vice Presidents was very much present this past year. He highlighted some major collaborations between departments and his vision for the coming year. He took a moment to thank every member for their loyalty and dedication to his family-owned company. Colleen then took the opportunity to award Noble pins to many employees hitting milestone anniversaries. Our most notable anniversary was for our Plant Manager, Bill Need, who has been instrumental at Noble for 15 years!
