Richard HoffayRichie Hoffay, Kingston Branch Manager

Richie is returning to his Branch Manager role after 17 years away from Noble Gas. In this time, he has gained experience while working with different independent gas & welding suppliers in the Hudson Valley.  We are happy to have him returning as our Kingston Branch Manager. Richie’s enthusiasm and technical expertise is a great asset for Noble Gas customers.

Richie will be right at home working out of the Kingston branch. He is a native to the city, having attended Kingston High School, now living in the area with his wife and three children. When he is not working, you can find Richie spending time with his family or attending local auctions.

Zachary BessarabZachary Bessarab, Laboratory & Quality Manager

Zach is spearheading our quality control team in his new role as Laboratory & Quality Manager. He previously worked at local pharmaceutical company. Zach provides valuable insight to further improve upon current quality assurance programs for our customers. He will be working closely with our Operations team to ensure the highest quality and accuracy of products are being provided to our customers.

Zach attended Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake High School before graduating from SUNY Plattsburgh with a Science degree. Outside of work, Zach can be found leading his rugby team as captain of the Saratoga Rugby club. Zach is an avid sports fan both on and off the field, favoring teams like the New York Yankees and New England Patriots.

Joseph MahoneyJoseph Mahoney, Shipping & Receiving Specialist

Joe is joining the Noble team as a Shipping & Receiving Specialist. He is working closely with the Purchasing department to ensure inventory accuracy. He also works alongside the counter sales team to ensure order accuracy for our valued customers.

Joe was born and raised in Mechanicville, NY. He graduated from Mechanicville High School and studied at Hudson Valley Community College. When he isn’t working, he spends his time coaching the Rensselaer High School Varsity soccer team. You can often find him watching a sports game or enjoying a day at the tracks.
